Job overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent with a proven track record in residential sales and leasing in Mauritius. The role, based in the West/Tamarin region, requires an individual with established connections to developers and a loyal client base. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals while leveraging their network to drive business growth.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have minimum five years of continuous experience in residential sales and leasing, ideally with a reputable company in Mauritius
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Have a strong network of developers and past clients
  • Are fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Are enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Have reliable transport and a personal laptop
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading residential sales and leasing, leveraging over five years of experience in Mauritius
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior sales staff, supporting their development and success
  • Achieving sales targets and provide market insights to management
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key sales metrics for the business
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on our CRM system
  • Any other tasks that assist in a smooth client experience with Sable International
