How to set up a limited company
1. Get in touch
Call or drop us an email on +44 (0) 20 7759 7530 or contracting@sableinternational.com. One of our specialised accountants will be happy to chat about your options.
2. Register
Register over the phone or by email. We need a completed incorporation questionnaire, KYC (know your client) compliance documents, as well as your preferred company name.
3. Receive
Once we've received your certified KYC documents and completed questionnaire, incorporation will typically take between 48 - 72 hours. Once the relevant verification checks have been concluded by Companies House, we will email you your Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, Articles of Association and other official documents.

Fixed fee online accounting services

- A comprehensive tax and accounting service delivered remotely via email, phone or virtual consultations
- All company statutory filing obligations, advice and bookkeeping
- A single point of contact with whom you can get in touch at any time in between meetings
It may be necessary for your company to be VAT registered. Your accountant can advise you if this is the case. We will register your company for VAT and complete quarterly returns for you. For this service, we charge an additional £25 per month.

Bespoke services
If you already have experience in running your own limited company, but need help with certain returns, statutory filing or specific tax advice at times, then our bespoke contractor accounting service is for you.
With this service, you get allocated to an accountant and dedicated accounting team. You can manage the day-to-day accounting for your company and reach out to us whenever you need our support. It will be important for you to be aware of key deadlines for annual returns, payroll submissions, VAT returns, Self Assessments, and other relevant filings.
Quotes for specific pieces of work will be provided upon request of the service.
