The United States EB-5 Immigrant Investor programme
The US EB-5 visa was created by the Immigration Act of 1990 and provides a proven method for foreign investors and their families to obtain a green card. Newly reauthorised on 15 March 2022 under the ‘EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022’ the programme has been extended until the 30 September 2027 and then is set to be renewed in 5-year periods thereafter.
The US EB-5 visa is a route to permanent US residency for those looking to make a significant investment in the USA. It’s currently the most direct route to obtain a green card for you and your family.
