We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales and expanding our client base while gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry in Mauritius. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop essential sales skills.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and French
• Have a keen interest in sales and a passion for the real estate industry
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Are enthusiastic and self-motivated

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in generating leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Supporting the sales team in managing client relationships and maintaining an updated client database
• Participating in property viewings and assisting clients with inquiries about residential properties
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local estate market
• Collaborating with senior agents in preparing marketing materials and presentations
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
