You’re perfect for this position if you:
- Have a good network and are able to engage professionally with clients
- Have a strong track record of success in sales, specifically within the legal, fiduciary, financial and real estate industries
- Can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal, fiduciary, financial and real estate sectors, with a focus on attorneys, estate fiduciaries, independent financial advisers, real estate principles, agents, conveyancers and bond originators
- Are highly goal-orientated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have proven experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage client relationships in the legal, fiduciary, financial and real estate sectors
- Are skilled in prioritising
- Are methodical, reliable and efficient with good attention to detail
- Can take initiative and work autonomously
Extra points if you have:
- A financial qualification
- Experience in cross-border investments
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Networking and finding new clients; identifying sales leads to build a strong professional network
- Pitching products and communicating our business service offerings
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Keeping abreast of and having an in-depth knowledge of the offshore and investment industry and its current events
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events to enhance brand visibility
