Job role:

To work alongside the Managing Director and Client Services Director in managing the day-to-day activities and operations of the Sable UK Education Corporate Services business, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to and that customer service levels are maintained. 

To manage a base of education provider clients, processing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and Child Student/Student visa applications and offering a comprehensive service from start to completion ensuring compliance at all stages in all circumstances with all relevant legislation. 

Extra points if you have: 

  • An applicable business or legal diploma or degree 
  • OISC qualification
  • Actively assisted with the preparation of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and Child Student visas for education providers 

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing business relationships with education providers
  • Helping direct a team of Caseworkers and Admin Assistants
  • Issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) on behalf of education providers 
  • Completing Child Student/Student visa applications
  • Helping the education provider remain compliant with their sponsor responsibilities
  • Liaising with agents and partners on behalf of education providers 
  • Managing inbound client enquiries and communication, both online and telephonically
  • Analysing and validating client documentation 
  • Creating, managing and maintaining client records via our CRM system
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; acting as the key link between the client and UK Visas and Immigration and the Managing Director 
  • Proactive and reactive consulting 
  • Formally documenting casework processes and procedures as Standard Operating Procedures for departmental records
