We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to drive high-quality lead generation across multiple marketing channels, including Google PPC, social media, email campaigns and content marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role also hinges on your ability to build a deep understanding of our diverse business streams and leverage this knowledge to create impactful marketing strategies.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Have proven experience in lead generation, demand generation or a related field
  • Have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • Have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have a solid understanding of marketing automation platforms
  • Have experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamix 
  • Have experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Have a sound understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Are familiar with LinkedIn, this is a key advantage

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing and paid advertising
  • Creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers and external partners
  • Collaborating with team members for constant idea generation and planning of pro-active strategies
  • Collaborating with the group internal marketing team to align lead generation strategies with business objectives
  • Analysing campaign results, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve lead generation strategies
