HR Intern

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

To have a good understanding and knowledge of our company policies

Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include:

• Administration and coordination of all staff files
• Updating the company’s internal platform with employee details

Assisting with recruitment, which will include:

• Posting internal and external job adverts
• Screening CVs and compiling candidate shortlists 
• Setting up interviews
• Co-ordinating recruitment tests
• Reference and MIE background checks
• Drafting of offer letters

Other ad-hoc HR duties

• One-week reviews
• Absence management
• Onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Co-ordinating social events, social corporate responsibility events and year-end functions

Reception duties

• Office management and maintenance
• Dealing with external couriers
• Ordering supplies 
• Liaising with all suppliers
