You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have a keen interest in finance and are looking to gain experience in foreign exchange
  • Have good organisational skills and work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Have experience working with MS Office applications
  • Are analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Are target-driven and proactive
  • Have good processing, administrative and time management skills
  • Understand how foreign exchange works

Extra points if you have:

  • Have a degree in finance
  • Experience in the exchange control field

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with foreign exchange and international money transfer enquiries
  • Following up and responding to new business enquiries
  • Liaising with our affiliated banks to facilitate daily trades
  • Providing clients with quotes and information relating to forex procedure 
  • Post-deal checking and follow-up
  • Exceeding customer expectations for service and assistance
  • Maintaining a portfolio of corporate and private clients
